Sweet Tea Yoga, located at 6000 Shakerag Hill in Peachtree City, Georgia, is South Atlanta's premier yoga studio. Our mission is to create a space of health and happiness for the community, where individuals can find healing of the mind, body, and spirit through the practice of yoga. We offer group classes for all levels, from beginner to expert, as well as specialty classes in three, four, five, or six-week series. Our dedicated and talented teachers are here to guide you on your yoga journey, whether you are new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice.

Our classes range from Yin Yoga for deep stretching and relaxation, to Power Flow Yoga for an energizing and challenging workout. We also offer prenatal and postnatal classes to support expecting and new mothers. Our Yoga for Beginners series teaches fundamental principles of posture, breath, and movement, while Mommy and Me Yoga allows postnatal mothers to ease back into exercise with their baby by their side.

At Sweet Tea Yoga, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where our community can explore their personal yoga practice and self-transformation. Our goal is to support each other in living a more empowered, creative, and healthy lifestyle. The studio is bright and clean with plenty of space. The virtual classes were AWESOME to keep me going during the shutdown."
