"service in the back was bad bad bad service.. during a drug test, i was not allow to witness the attendant pour my sample in the small container for testing... i am following his instructions & while my back was turned someone had poured my sample into the small container for shipping and testing. my attendant was too busy talking to the lady in front of me... i have called pheobe HR and i have notified my future future employer... pheobe is a health facility an there employees shpuld always strictly follow procedure...."
