"Ambrea Zellner was awesome with assisting with all of my family needs. She went over and beyond to explain all situations and made sure that all information was clearly understood. She was available for questions and notifications from start to finish and she was willing to do all aspects required to complete the achievement for my family."

"When my family member was sent here her son was told that this is a sub acute rehab facility. It is not. It is a nursing home. She was there for almost 2 weeks before he was able to get her moved to a real rehab facility. She saw physical therapy only about 5 times for less than 30 minutes per visit the whole time she was there. They left her lying in bed by herself for the most part. I did meet a very sweet nurse while she was there, but several staff acted bothered if she needed anything. They "forgot" to feed her several times and she or a relative had to ask them to bring her food. Several times she would use the call button to get help and no one answered. This is totally unacceptable. She ended up leaving in a weaker condition than when she arrived because she did not receive the help that she was promised. The facility itself is old, dirty, and depressing. I would not recommend this place."
