"We went to this center years ago and had a good experience. However, this time, the nurse was unprofessional and rude, did not listen to my concerns, and focused on what she wanted to say. She was more concerned about her next appointment. I am a support system for a patient. If I needed mental health help. I would not go there."

"Poor quality of care, like you would expect by a un-regulated government contractor! Patients are treated with disregard and routinely disrespected. Threats are commonly made when asking proper channels for lodging complaints. Families of patients in their inpatient treatment facilities are often harassed with calls about appointment with providers! The patient and providers are both at their facilities, but apparently they don’t even know who they are responsible for or their care plan. Avoid these people at all cost. If you recover while in their care, it is more than likely it is in spite of their care! Waiting for the day I can join a class action law suit that shuts them down!"
