"@FakeAc At Easter dinner a elderly lady came in with a walker and ask if she can have some food and AMY said no because she didn't sign her name. When Della was there they never had to sign their name. AMY and the elderly lady got on the elevator together and AMY hit the elderly lady 3 times on her back saying that it was a ant on her and it wasnt. I feel that AMY needs to get FIRED cause this is no way for any one that works with the elderly should treat them that way"

"The workers here are VERY rude. Especially Amy. She’s rude to the residents and the workers. Rude to other employees, disabled residents, and home-health workers. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you wanted to be treated this poorly, go to a nursing home. I have no idea why anyone allows her to work here."
