"DO NOT DO IT! RUN! Despite their posted pictures, it has tiny rooms, is understaffed and a dump! I found it unsafe on many levels. This Greenville facility has LONG had a terrible reputation in our area. Although a few new persons seem to mean well and are trying, their hands are tied. At most, there are a few LPNs. Everything runs late, including meds. There is no available audio from rooms to a central station get immediate help even if one is bleeding or has fallen. I was admitted for rehab only as a last resort with insurance while awaiting an opening elsewhere. Their physician that comes once a week is a joke! I’ve spent my life in healthcare. He came once to my room and never got within three feet of me, much less listened to lungs, heart, etc. Within one week of being admitted I was taken unconscious by ambulance to the nearest ED where physicians did not expect me to live. I had been overdose, and later discovered also robbed of $100-150. As I still try to recover, we intend to file complaints with the State for inspectors as well as litigation."

"Excellent therapist. She was supportive and made me want to do better. I received very good care from staff. They went out of their way to help me. The people in housekeeping were very helpful. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely wanted me to get well."

"Let me just say this was the worst experience I've had this far! If there were a choice to give a lower grade it definitely would be. My mother was sent to this establishment for physical therapy. She arrived around at 12ish in the morning. She asked the nurse the layout of the room. She told her " you'll figure it out". Then she asked for pillows. After that around 2 in the morning she to use the rest room. Now she needed help because she cant move her left leg, thus physical therapy. At 3 in the morning I was called by my mother to be told that when asked for help again to use the restroom she was told " use the diaper and someone will change you in the morning ". EXCUSE ME!!! So when she called me crying I went to pick her up. MY MOTHER WILL NOT BE TREATED THAT WAY!! SHE IS NOT AND NEVER WILL BE " A FORGOTTEN "! I have notified everyone in my power at this moment of this situation. And when I finally got there, they moved quickly. If you had used the same urgency when she needed to use the restroom she probably would still be there. I STRONGLY SUGGEST SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS FACILITY!! THIS IS WRONG!!"
