"A very very unprofessional agency that never answers the phone or replies to messages. You can only get an appointment in person by going in, but your appointment is not recognized because they can cancel your appointment at any time without any reason. When you come back and forth After 1.5-2 hours of traffic jam to get here, they will tell you that your appointment has been cancel for no reason, more than once. I cancel all 3 months the appointments because I will not come here again. I can choose a better and professional institution for my children. Not this kind of unprofessional and irresponsible organization."

"This place is SO unprofessional, especially for a place that specializes in children. They do not answer the phone or return calls.. If you are lucky enough to get in for an appointment your wait time will be WAY past your scheduled time AND they will not follow up after your appointment. My son was told he needed weekly appointments, best believe I have not heard from this place since his first appointment. No calls answered or returned, no email, NOTHING. Would definitely NOT recommend, and this is coming from a nurse who works in healthcare."

"Horrible experience!!!! Staff is very unprofessional!!!! I made an appointment for my son, the day of my sons appointment I find out they cannot see him due to them not turning in the proper documents to my son’s pediatrician as well as the therapist was not there. Reschedule his appointment to get a phone call the day before his next appointment telling me the therapist will not be there again. They do not want to help my son they do not care about children . Please do not waste your time!!! I will be going on their Facebook page as well as their Instagram page letting everyone know about my horrible experience with them. They all need to be fired for not doing their jobs!!!!"

"Extremely welcoming staff. Everyone acknowledged our presence verbally as well as smiled. The office is totally different from the previous location. This office is spacious, bright, inviting, and immaculate. The floors are freshly vacuumed and mopped, which comes along with a sanitized feel and smell. I was most impressed with the up to date technology for the patients, parents, and staff. Overall, this is a well run business that takes pride in what they do."
