"Since day one finding out our son was autistic, I'm jumped and did what everyone told me. Get on every waiting list you can from speech ot physical ABA IEP. And so I did. I was on waiting list for fusion autism center for a yr. Then out the blue a phone call to come in and do a tour. From the time we stepped thru those door, to march of 2023, the staff, therapist, and bcbas opened there hearts and arms to us. My son he had good days and bad, but they worked thru his laughing days and his tantrum days. They was all amazing and helped me understand more and how help my son still. He left in Aug of 2023, to start Pre-K, and yes it was heart breaking cause we had made a new bigger extended family. I always told my son on the way in, we get c all our beautiful sweet lady friends, and that's what everyone one of them were. They always ask how my daughter was cause she made sure everytime she was there at the door, and saying where's my baby, and they treated her like family. This place was amazing and changed my sons behavior so much and helped make him an amazing young man. Thank you all for what you have done for us and this journey we're taking. I'm looking forward to keeping in touch thru out yrs and updating and hopefully they can all come when our daughter and son graduates highschool and can attend and say I remember them when they was babies. Thank you again."

"Omg My Twin Boys Started Service with them on august 21st Somehow they called me today and say we will not be moving forward with your family for ABA services at this time…….. like why y’all waste my time for processing with y’all but I didn’t expect this gone happen with me & my kids. I’m sooo tired to start over again to get my kids joining new ABA therapy somewhere else. I mean DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS OVER THERE. It’s gone be wasted your time for this service!"

"Our experience at Fusion Autism Center has been nothing short of amazing. From our first inquiry to intake to services, the staff has always provided top tier experience. After our son was diagnosed with ASD at 2 years old, we immediately searched for an ABA center that would not only help our son excel but also help us as parents understand the best ways to assist in his development. Fusion Autism Center has exceeded every expectation. We’ve noticed leaps and bounds in our son’s capabilities as well as his social skills. We are happily surprised each week as our little guy comes home with a new found skill or technique to express himself. We’ve been most impressed with the parent training as we too learn new skills to ensure that the skills learned at ABA are maintained at home. The staff at the center are kind, friendly, patient and sincere, particularly shown through the excellent leadership of Mrs. Devika and Ms. Tiana. We are so grateful to the team at Fusion Autism Center and would recommend their services again and again."

"Do not send your child here if it’s the only center that calls back with availability for aba therapy. My son waited a year for aba services so I was excited to hear back from this center. It was filled with much unprofessionalism. My son attended for 7 months and didn’t learn not one skill from them. SAFETY was a major concern within the first month 2 unloose teeth were missing when being picked up and no one in the center had the tooth or known what happen for it to come out. I would arrive sessions will be canceled or I was called several times to come pick him up early. Which I wouldn’t care because it was my child but there were a lot of inconsistencies. As me not depending on them to be consistent they closed the center for several weeks.According to covid,which is an excuse because they had a whole new team in the building once returning. I express concerned of rude unprofessional techs that didn’t know how to properly handled an autistic child. After expressing I had a meeting with them and was insured of a turn around in the school. Kid you not my son was injured weeks later with no real explanation of the story. I was told 3 different stories of what happen. My son is nonverbal so not able to express what happen. And the tech crystal who did it was aggressive to this child on numerous occasion. Because of a NO CAMERA policy who knows the truth. Tianna is condescending and express herself as if I she is better than someone. The BCBA Hannah is lost in the wind and seems like she care but all she says is sorry. DO NOT DO IT! ITS A WASTE OF TIME! FIND YOUR CHILD PROPER CARE AND PROPER ABA THERAPY. This school is unsafe and does not want to participate in cameras. I was told by a market manager that’s it’s because of HIPAA LAWS but talked with a company blue springs who owns them and said their locations in texas and Oregon have cameras. BE AWARE !"
