"My Son Eli has been here for 2 years and has had tremendous success and growth. My Eli loves his team. I am thankful to his support team and office staff for everything they have done over the years. No center is 100% perfect. When I did have any issues it was always handled immediately... I am happy with BYS Snellville. I am truly thankful to everyone, for the love and support shown to myself and my son... .."
"Decieving company. They do not sanitize toys desks or clean thoroughly. Some rooms smelled like urine. They are old school ABA. Please take your kiddos else where. High turn over rate due to people like Melisa and others caring more about money than employees and clients"
"My son just graduated here. We received speech therapy (even helped us get our son a speech device), feeding therapy, ABA therapy, biweekly parent training, and an abundance of at home tools to help us. By Your Side has been such a huge blessing to our family. They’ve gone above and beyond for us, couldn’t possibly thank them enough."
"BYS is the best place for ABA therapy and the best workplace. I was trained and received my certification from this branch. The staff was friendly and supportive. I was provided quality education on ABA therapy. I can genuinely say that my foundation at BYS has allowed me to become a better therapist. The whole focus of BYS is providing quality care, personalized to each client. I have worked at other ABA centers before but they do not come near to By Your Side in regards to both, therapy and workplace. The core values of By Your Side are integrity, perseverance, and passion. All of my co-workers were passionate about their jobs, persevered through the many obstacles that come with ABA therapy, and remained honest with both BCBAs and family members. BYS taught me how important communication is. The staff was very understanding. All the problems were handled as a team. It was the team against the issue. In addition, the therapy really brought about long lasting results. Each therapist spends time getting to know the client. This relationship builds understanding which allows the therapist to better help the client. If you need a place to work or need therapy for your kids, By Your Side is the best option. You will not regret it!"
"This place is not accommodating to all children with Autism. After almost 3 months and several assessments they still couldn't provide a proper plan for my son. Instead of helping some of his obsessive characteristics they merely fueled them and made them worse. My son is a very well behaved child, just a bit older than some of others in the center since I homeschool him. About a month in they changed his BCBA and I didn't hear from the new BCBA (Anna) for almost 3 weeks. After I questioned his progress she finally reached out. She was cold and lacked empathy. The staff here needs to undergo serious training and their failure to communicate properly with parents is unfortunately extremely lacking. My 13 year old son (mobile, self reliant, and fully verbal) spent most of his day playing trains with a 4 year old. This was nothing more than expensive babysitting."
