"Unprofessional. Very disappointing. Reached out for care and it took 2 weeks for someone to return my call. Once I was contacted they were more concerned with being paid after my 8 initial approved visits before i even saw a counselor. When i finally spoke to someone it was an hour visit just to get placed with a counselor. Waited another 2 weeks for an appointment with said counselor only to be told she would not be available anytime soon and they would contact me when she could. 2 months later i get a call to see if I am still interested. I declined. This process was more stressful than necessary and the staff could care less. Save yourself the headache."
