"Bad experience not the place for me, if you like calling more the 4 to 6 times with no responses this is the place for you. They don’t pick up there phone and then blame you for not knowing the reason you didn’t show up. Also arrived at my schedule time and waiting outside for more the 10 minutes knocking and ringing the door belt and no answer. Then they went an discharge my kid for not showing up with apparently no notice. What can a person do, when they don’t answer there phone, don’t listen to there’s voicemail and don’t open the door when you arrive at SCHEDULE time. Then we’re all rude about the situation and act like it’s your fault. Bad experience not for us, hopefully good for you."

"I would rate them negative if I could..the staff at this center is rude and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to request documents and all I hear in the background is staff talking about my foster parent, knowing I wasn't muted. As a case manger with several clients "receiving services", I will be requesting that all of my children find another agency. This place is ridiculous"
