"I am caring for a person who has severe mental health issues. In the beginning, this facility was an answered prayer. It is now a living nightmare. The person receiving treatment here is currently taking many medications that are dangerous to stop on a dime. The last 2 appointments were cancelled by this facility after I took off from work. While standing at the front desk I scheduled an appointment for today. I explained that I could not get off work for the appointment they wanted to schedule. I was told it was scheduled for today. Well it's not. Now the person has no meds, no appointment and the people at this facility will not and NEVER answer the phone. If you have other options for treatment RUN, don't walk. They are rude and have no compassion. I called the BOD and they are even worse. So here I sit with a person who most likely will have a meltdown due to not having medication. They have been hospitalized twice in the last 2 months. My job is in jeopardy and my housing. Thanks HCCC."

"I was a paitent here and was visiting my sister for a few weeks out of state and I was trying to schedule a phone call appointment today on July 11th 2022, it was some time between 9 to 12 i can't remember the exact time due to the Hallucinations which were stressing me out and was denied because i was out of state. I have Bipolar disorder, asburgers, Auditory and Visual Hallucinations. I needed to inform my doctor of increased Hallucinations but the woman on the phone denied an appointment with my doctor. I blame this clinic on anything that happens next."

"The lady in the front office is very accomodating she is the only reason I stayed. I try to leave voicemails and nobody is able to call back about requesting a new appointment. I believe this is because of the previous representatives working here. The program supervisor to help find a job did not help me reschedule an appointment and was very rude. I had underlined issues and still no help I have to come in 30 minutes before they open to wait and get assisted because noone called back about rescheduling. I called many times and tried to reschedule the phone lines are never working or busy. The doctor is very nice though."

"V.A sent me here through community care! I think the therapist that was assigned to me had a strong disdain for the company she worked for. I saw her twice and then she quit! Waited months to follow up with someone else but they had lack of staff issue so I ended up back at the V.A! Not a very attentive practice and whoever answers that phone needs to find some other job because she is very rude for no reason! I would never go back nor recommend this place for anyone who truly suffers any form of mental illness! This place definitely lacks compassion!"

"I went here a few times for Mental health needs. All I have to say is the place needs more help really bad. They are understaffed so expect to wait a while. The processing is pretty slow, and lot of the time information tends to get lost or there is a lack of communication among the staff. Personally once I got past those "hiccups" I honestly can say I was always treated well, and they were very professional with me. I feel the good out weighted the bad; in all honesty the services rendered are, and were still a big help to me."
