I credit her to helping me to take my mental health advocacy to a higher level. The only thing I didn't like was that she wasn't in the new insurance we changed to, so I could only see her with the 6 free sessions with EAP."

"Worst therapist I have ever seen. I spoke to her about terrible events happening in my life at the time and how badly they were affecting me, her advice was “car wrecks are hard for everyone.” Then months later I hired a lawyer for said car wreck who sent her forms to fill out stating that I had spoken about the car wreck, how it was affecting me personally, and how it was affecting my job. Minter took MONTHS to fill out the forms, and when I called to check up on the forms, she informed me that she filled out what she could and sent them off, and wanted me to know that “she didn’t put anything in the forms about any car accident as she had no notes stating I spoke about it.” I asked her if she remembered specific words I used and specific responses she gave me (mentioned above) and she responded with “nope! don’t remember that. can’t help you!” and hung up on me. Besides the complete lack of ability in taking diligent notes, I never received any sound advice or even general respect from this woman. By appointment two, she told me she didn’t want to help me and that I should find someone else. Every visit (4) she barely responded and only stared at her computer, never even typing or writing, so clearly not taking notes. In my opinion, she should have her practicing license pulled. She takes advantage of a company provided mental health program I was using to see her, to get money from the program but turns away her clients? Very professional../s"
