"Our 18 year old daughter went here for an appointment. We never received a invoice only a statement. We mailed a check for the amount due. Check was never cashed. We never received a call a letter or anything from her office saying that they did not receive payment until we got a bill from a collection agency with an $18 service fee. Terrible business practices - won't go back."

"I brought my daughter here 3 times. The first time was ok. Wait time was about 30 minutes. The second appointment we waited 45 minutes and she called the office and told me she would be unable to make it. The 3rd appointment she never showed up at all. I waited for over an hour and a half without a receptionist or anyone acknowledging we were there even though we were signed in. We finally left and now 6 months later I received a bill for $60 for a missed appointment! I would not recommend Kate or anyone else in the office."
