"I am trying to become a resident but for three days straight I can’t get a hold of anyone to speak about the application and fee I submitted. Ive tried two different numbers. One goes to a busy signal and the other says the mailbox is full. I also can not find the name of the management company to call. I’m in need of a place in just two weeks!"
"My partner and I moved here a 2022-2023, and had one problem after the next. They never answered emails, never held other tenants responsible for their wrongdoings, and never got around to fixing things (but there was one guy that when they did come, he did a fantastic job. I'm sorry I don't remember his name). Jessica Bryant literally after a million emails, and our neighbor yelling at my partner decides to come AFTER HOURS to have a one-sided conversation about a "small issue" she couldn't resolve since we moved it that October (this was March when she finally came). If it was a "small issue" first, that goes against the lease as someone smoking is not a small issue, and second if so "small" why did it take you forever to address it, just to then act like we were the problem? She also complained because she had so many other units she had to deal with. If that's the case, why did you take the position you did if you 1) were going to use that job as an excuse to act like you can't do your job and 2) why take a job where you don't even care about the units or the people living in them. I don't know what she's doing now, but she does not live up to what it means to be a proper property manager. Really, she should find something more on her level and speed if this was too fast-paced for her. My breathing issues were dismissed thanks to our neighbors smoking, and I lost two of my pets to our neighbors smoking. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here until they get their priorities straight, and hire competent employees. Hire potential employees that have the credentials and passion. The place my partner and I are at now is like night and day compared to here. I can't believe we ever gave this place a chance. Do better, and BE better. Listen to your tenants, hold yourself responsible, and hold other tenants responsible for the very things you and your lease stand for. If I could give you zero stars, trust me.. I would. You took my health and spit on it, and you took the lives of two of pets and spit on them. I'll never forget the day you were laughing with the tenants that were smoking, Jessica Byrant.. and then didn't even let us talk when you were complaining about your position or the lies the neighbors said. That was like a smack in the face. Terrible."

"I’m hoping since they respond to complaints on google, they’ll respond to this. I’ve called 10 times a day since Monday, and it states your mailbox is full. No way to leave a message. My hours dont allow me to “stop by the office”. Please advise the best way to communicate with this office."
"I have been asking for the last four days and speaking with Natasha in the morning about getting my thermostat fixed. I don’t have any heat in my home. I’ve been told that they spoke to maintenance and they’re coming to fix it. That was four days ago I’ve called every day including this morning and was told that maintenance would come and fix it and they didn’t, the maintenance here sucks."
