Jackie also failed to offer an explanation as to why. Would not recommend her at all. I felt we built a good rapport and trust, so she completely let me down. She created the illusion of a safe, non-judgmental, and available space. But something clearly went wrong, and again she lacked the decency to even respond to me herself. I found it be cowardly and unprofessional. And I would not have expected this from a therapist. I have not worked with any other therapist in the practice, but I certainly would not recommend Jackie."
