"Very RUDE office staff. I called several times wanting to know if this agency offers internships and got no response. I sent an email several days ago and didn’t get any response. If this is a legit business all phone calls, emails, ect SHOULD be responded to in 24-48 hours I feel that that the CUSTOMER SERVICE at All1 Family needs a lot of work or it will eventually go OUT business. I will NOT recommend this company to my friends and family to receive counseling services."

"I am reviewing once again, as they reached out to reschedule the missed appointment earlier this week and ONCE AGAIN the therapist did not show up to the appointment. This is a sea of red flags for anyone considering using their services. They consistently ignore phone calls/vm/emails and apparently appointments too. I never write reviews however, this is a therapist office and if you are in a position of needing MH services, having someone be unreliable, and inconsistent along with flat out "ghosting" you is not going to be a good experience at all. I suggest you keep searching for other therapists in our area as I am sure they would at the very least have the decency of showing up for your scheduled (rescheduled!!) appointments."

"Very disorganized front office and poor customer service. We scheduled an appointment, received multiple appointment confirmations up to the very hour of the appointment, and the therapist never showed. I called the next business day and very politely explained that our therapist never showed. After an awkward silence, I said I would like to know what happened and what we can do to reschedule. The receptionist was very curt and nasty in her tone in telling me that we did not fill out our paperwork and that's why the appointment was not honored. I Sure enough, paperwork was sent to us in an email we missed over 2 weeks ago. We never received ANY reminders or updates to let us know that our appointment was in jeopardy due to this. However, we continued to receive appointment confirmations. This is a failure of your administrative processes and staff. Even if it was on me, I've had to have many conversations with customers along these lines and NEVER would I handle myself in the way your receptionist did. I politely thanked her for explaining the issue to me and got off the phone knowing that I would NEVER trust an establishment like this with the type of services we're seeking. It's really unfortunate to come to their Google page and see that my experience is consistent with others."

"Super unprofessional and disorganized. I was charged almost 9 months after my sessions, and was lied to about my insurance being in network! Ended up having to pay almost $400. On top of that, when I was being scheduled for sessions, they were almost always being cancelled! My therapist was constantly either in his car on his way to do something else other than my session, rescheduling my appointments because of his own personal plans he had overlapped, and then eventually quit answering back to me on when I could reschedule said sessions! I was constantly having to re-explain myself in sessions as well because he wouldn’t even remember half of what I would even say, including my own name! I stopped even requesting appointments because it just seemed like they didn’t even want to help me, and they honestly should’ve just said so! I don’t recommend anybody going here unless they want to be scammed out, and waste their own time for people who don’t even want to do the absolute minimum of their job."

"Scheduled an intake appointment and none showed up. Got a call from the therapist 4 days later apologizing asking if we could we reschedule because her system/office manager overbooked so I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. Waited 10 minutes for none to show up to the next appointment and when I emailed her to make sure I wasn’t charged she told me her previous appointment ran late. I told her I felt my time was not being respected and and she told me to have a great day. Guess I dogged a bullet there.
