"Giant unavoidable unesasary speed bumps"
"I love this place great place to live"
"Changed rent late date with no notice and have tried to evict families with disabled and elderly members. So was not what i thought it would be like"
"All of the apartments have water damage and mold throughout the apartments. I have lived here for years and nothing gets done here, always said there is no money to fix! Well, how about that six hundred a month go? Please do not move here! I wish someone would have let me know this before I moved up there!"
"I like it so long as I'm inside, Outsides a SHAME! I wish I could skip it from my guests, its embarrassing and a shame, as they're only a decade old! If they kept toddlers in ground floor apts. at least I could hide inside in peace!! Instead the baby runs runs jumps hops bangs bounces and cry's. It wakes me and ruins my rest causing me terrible stress and duress. Id rather have them offered a ground floor apt. than see them fined for violating the lease that clearly states one cannot create such an unhabitable situation. I'm disabled so I can't move again, I just moved in and it was only horrible occasionally until just before Christmas. Since then my living has been pure hell!! Seriously! No insulation between the floors in HUD housing? They should know what that brings, single mothers and working poor! I was both and never would I subject those below me to this and why can't they soundproof and insulate better than minimum when they do enough Census to know what'll be like for those of us finished with having kids?? Any HUD single living apts. I would run fast even though I really would risk MY health doing so!"
