"Mrs. Kelly is a Saint and delight! My daughter was born premature and because of it some of her developments have been delayed. She is currently being treated for Occupational therapy due to struggling with her motorskills. She's been coming here for about 6 months and we both love it! Kelly is superb about keeping in contact with me along with working around a schedule that works with her schooling. She even was on top of helping me be sure that my daughter's primary care doctor got in the referral for speech therapy due to her having speech issues since she was tongue tied till age 4. DEFINITELY recommend them!"

"Highly dissatisfied with this establishment. Twice I’ve been double booked, whereas i have been the one asked to reschedule or to come back later. In addition, they continue to keep record of the wrong contact information. I’ve called, text and emailed the proper info and they have still managed to input it incorrectly. I also continued to be billed incorrectly and kept advising them of the updated insurance information with my then newborn child. I tried to setup an appointment from being double booked the first time and i kept hearing “we’ll be in contact”, not once was i called or text back to set up an appointment for 3.5 months. The staff member that i work with is sweet and knowledgeable, but the other staff seem to only handle their patients or people they know. Each time that i arrived, i was never greeted by anyone else, asked who i was waiting for etc... i just had to sit and wait, text/call or walk around asking for my therapist."
