"Gym is kept in good conditions and most of the staff are nice. My concern comes in when it come to terms of how harassment is dealt with by both other customers and how one of the staff named Jackie deals with it. I was being made uncomfortable by an older gentleman in the gym and had to move to a different part of the gym to workout. I was than approached by Jackie who saw me dancing in between workout sets, as I’ve done for the past 3 months. She addressed me dancing I. A way that I could get hurt and suggested that I workout in the “ab section”, to which I told her about being made uncomfortable by an older gentleman. Jackie knew of this man and his behavior to the point where she knew the man by name. To put this conundrum in lesser words, the night ended with me being told by other workers that Jackie was having them keep an eye out for ME instead of the other gentleman and tried scanning my card to cancel my membership without my knowing consent. This enabling behavior made me most upset and concerned for my safety at this gym and I now have to find somewhere where I’m appreciated as a customer and I suggest any other women and fem presenting people do the same."

"After the gyms renovation the gyms looking good these days. But, with that being said, there's this group of ladies who takes up the middle part of the gym with what looks to be some sort of classes, play their loud music, cheer and yell, and completely takes you off your rhythm while working out. If this was a class provided by the gym, fine, but since it's not it's a bit annoying to have to deal with that."

"I signed up with Destiny and she was very professional, friendly, and patient and answering my questions. She was very well informed and easy to talk to. She did not hard pressure sell me. Planet fitness is lucky to have Destiny! The facility is also very clean and, well-maintained!"
