"I had the honor of being able to attend the handgun fundamentals and it easily exceeded all my expectations! I'm sure we all have ideas of what we think we might be getting into when working with arms training professionals, but I promise you - do not be afraid! I came in scared of guns and I left understanding that it is a reliable tool that is only dangerous in the hands of the wrong person. Had a group of mostly females - which just shows you that this is for EVERYBODY and no one should be afraid of taking this course. I can't thank Mark enough for being so friendly and detailing exactly what to expect when going into this training and then feel absolutely honored to have met the instructor Brad! Provided so much information on safety, legalities, handling, etc. I left confident in my right to protect myself with the right tools but also excited to learn more about being a capable citizen that can help keep my community safe as much as possible. "Cannot recommend ACG enough for those who are interested in getting reputable, clear, and responsible training. From the get go, when I found ACG, customer service has been phenomenal. Mark answered all of my questions within a matter of hours of me sending a message to him. The length of the courses listed on the website may seem long, but you will miss out if you choose a slightly cheaper alternative that puts you in a larger class size that tries to condense everything in 3-4 hours. The class I took was phenomenal with a smaller class size and drills that helped build a solid foundation of good habits of weapon handling. The classroom time isn't a chore either because it was pivotal for everyone to know the proper mindset and laws when it comes to using and/or carrying a firearm in Georgia. This isn't a place where you learn to be "tacticool," but it teaches the realities of defending yourself."
