"Do not reccomend living here at all i have lived here for 1 year and 6 months the owner is beyond negligent. this property has not had a maintence man but for 8 months outta the time i have lived here. The new property manager does the best she can."

"No one works in the office on a set schedule, if you have something that needs addressed and ask for help you get ignored. We relandscaped the front yard and got a vacate premises notice on our door because we have been waiting to have repairs done for 6 months. We were shown a nice upkept clean apartment and then got thrown into a trash heap to clean up because "their cleaning person has been out" not once since living here have I seen anyone cleaning. So after fixing up this apartment we are having to go to court to show proof of neglect and horrible living conditions. Fan of black mold? Me either.... but it's everywhere. Like having ants and roaches? Join the party. Don't move in here unless they miraculously fix the place up. We were told it was newly owned and getting a remodel done and fixed up. Complete lie. It's been owned since 2006 by the same people who just run slums. Nothing but lies come from these people. They treat you nice until you co front them about not doing their job and then turn into condescending a holes."

"This is a great place to live. I honestly have no complaints. It’s a good location - away from the highest traffic areas in town, but still close by quite a few businesses & schools. I live in a one-bedroom apartment & it’s perfect for me. It’s affordable & very spacious. The staff I have met & dealt with have been professional & helpful."

"I do not recommend living here. Nothing is updated living conditions are not up to code. Its full of drunks and you get harassed. New maintenace is the only pro. They had a man who harassed me when my husband wasn't home working maintmaintenance still currently is. I complained had tons of things that needed repair. Kathy told us we don't live in a condo and she said the DM said we can fix it ourselves or have Chester come in and do it who is the man who harasses. It is by far the worst place to live."
