"Terrible service! I paid for my order 13 months ago, and still never did receive it. No tracking information was provided, even after asking, and no proof that it was ever sent. I was offered a refund in November and that was not sent either. They will not respond to my messages and have blocked me from contacting them. It's simple. If you have a business that sells a product, and someone pays for your product, you send the order. If you promise a refund, give the refund. I would highly caution anyone considering purchasing, unless you want to donate your money to a company that has shady practices. Very disappointing, as the reason I purchased initially was to support a small business that looked like they offered a good product. If I could give zero stars, I would."
