PT Solutions of Douglasville

"Had issues @ the Douglasville location getting in contact with somebody to get my appointment time/date. Once I finally got started with therapy, i can say that things were much better. My therapist chanell is great and very knowledgeable. The staff at the front desks are all amazing and super cool. Unfortunately the general manager Ashanti is arrogant . And he’s a doctor, and wants everyone to know lol. My rating is strictly because of my interaction with him… Dr. arrogant Ashanti doesn’t seem to be a people person… and spoke as if I was a bother or he couldn't wait to be done with me. To top it all off, i had total knee replacement on my left knee so my entire leg is in pain from my thigh to my foot… this guy steps on my foot and barely manages to get out an apology as he’s walking off. I thought it might have just been me, but two other patients agreed with me"

"Everyone at PT Solutions, Douglasville, is friendly & professional, considerate & kind. The attitude there is consistently positive & encouraging. I went there after total hip replacement surgery and every therapist who worked with me was careful with me, letting me rest when I needed to and continue doing the exercises at my own pace. "I went there 3 weeks ago for my 1st appointment but they won't let me because my insurance hasn't approved my benefits. I even offered to pay the self pay rate. They would not let me. 3 weeks later. They still haven't and told me to call my insurance and have them call them. Finds out they don't call the employer have to call them. When I called back to have them call my insurance they phone was hung up on me. I came here because I heard nothing but good things. I will not be returning."

"I have enjoyed my experience at PT solutions of Douglasville. The staff is professional and friendly, and I Love my therapist Rebecca, who gets a six out of five stars from me. Her wonderful personality and her knowledge and skill work together amazingly well to make her the best therapist in the world in my opinion. I feel the pain of therapy but I also feel encouraged and uplifted and find myself laughing just because of her wonderful attitude. I have also met a great group of people sitting along side me having therapy and have made friends. The atmosphere of PT solutions is great and I recommend it to anyone who needs therapy."
