"My mom rents from Meeks rental, she had a stroke and I asked for them to install cabinet door knobs so it would be easier to open, there aren't even indentation on the cabinet doors to open! They said it would cost her $ 80 for them to do it, she's on hud I said she can't afford that and mentioned her stroke. I was told they didn't care what the reason was it was $80 an hour! Terrible management, she still has no knobs! No morals in this company"

"Horrible. Absolutely terrible. Meeks is the definition of true slumlords. They don't do any proper maintenance. They ignore you when issues occur. They have a major mouse infestation in all of their homes. I called about the mice and they completely ignored me. They also moved me into an apartment with a water leak that they knew about since may. I moved in in October and my water bill was over $1k. While mice still coming and going. It also took over a month just for a mailbox key which should have been giving at the time of move in. Absolutely Atrocious. STAY AWAY!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Literally worst renting experience EVERRRR!!!"

"Great business! We lived in one of their apartments for two years and i cant say enough great things about them. They made the leasing process super easy and never gave us a hard time about anything. Anytime something went wrong (which was rare) they were right on top of it getting whatever needed done, done. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent in the area!"

"Terrible Experience with Meeks Rentals I've had an absolutely dreadful experience with Meeks Rentals, and I can't emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with their service (or lack of). First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. I've been trying to get in touch with them regarding a critical issue with my hot water tank, which has been leaking for almost a month now. Despite numerous calls, emails, and messages, Meeks Rentals has shown a complete lack of urgency and responsiveness. It's frustrating when you're told on the phone that, "someone will be out today or tomorrow", and they never show up. Then Mia said via email that she'll "inform our maintenance team right away." Nothing. I would strongly advise against renting from Meeks Rentals if you value prompt and effective customer service. This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't want anyone else to endure the same ordeal I have. My experience with them deserves nothing less than a one-star rating. I will hire a professional to fix the issue and deduct the bill from my rent next month."

"Stay away! I have had many issues. I was not notified about the parking lot being redone, there was grinding and drilling going on for months. My cars were scratched from the debris. I had the work crew show up and tell me they’re doing work. Just today a crew showed up and they are cutting tree limbs and they’re obviously not professionals, tree limbs are flying everywhere, they’re not tied off and swinging into our place and property. It is damaging my black stone griddle see photos. If I call and ask for something to be fixed by maintenance request is never done. I had requested my floor be repaired when I moved in as it had water damage and I couldn’t place a dryer and washer in there. They never did replace it and I just installed my units and documented it. Do not rent with Meeks Rentals."
