"I’m not exaggerating when I say this gym has changed my life. Missy, Alix, and the trainers have created the most inclusive environment I have ever experienced. My relationship with my body, myself, and fitness as a whole have completely changed for the better. This community welcomes everyone of every size, skill level, sexual orientation, gender, age, etc. I literally cannot say enough positive things about this place. If they had a lounge to hang out in, I probably would come just to hang out with everyone here cause the culture and vibes are so perfect. Also music is always on point and at the perfect volume."

"Omg when I say I had an amazing time. All the staff I met was super friendly and explained everything . As a 44 year old first timer I was a bit nervous I wouldn’t keep up but the instructor makes sure you are good and the overall ambiance is just a good time. I got the most amazing workout and it was just great experience and time. Definitely going back and grabbing one of their affordable plans. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED especially for an outing with your friends. If you work out you definitely haven’t worked out til you try here. Overall 10 out of 10!"
