"I have been a member for over 10 years and this is by far the best gym around! I have recently moved and although I am an hour away, it is worth the drive for their Les Mills classes and amazing instructors. I love that it is never over crowded and it feels like your amongst friends when you are there. The atmosphere is fun and I look forward to going which is key to sticking with any workout. The new management has stepped up and improved all aspects of the gym."

"Love the idea of an all women's gym! Love the classes and the daycare is fantastic. The only thing that put a bad taste in my mouth is the woman at the front desk. Her name is Lisa and she was kind and joyous with the other clients but with me she was rude and treated me like an inconvenience even though I was kind and patient. The only reason I could come up with is becuase I have a month membership through a Groupon I puchased. Her bad attitude stuck with me throughout my yoga class and ruined my workout. Not sure I wanna return after that."

The locker room is super nice and equipped with all you'd need which also makes it convenient for getting a work out in before heading to office.
