"We have lived here for going on two years now and can't complain. Anytime I put a request in to have something fixed they get it done fast. I put a request in to have the blinds in my living room replaced and I came home from work the next day to new blinds! The people in the office are awesome!"

"I would NEVER rent from this place if I were you , rent is extremely overpriced , just within the year of me living here , the dryer has been broken since the day we moved in , have called about it three times , when I call I just get told they’re trying to get someone out , then I get a call after 4 months saying they fixed the washer & that they never knew the dryer was broken ??? The washer was never broken & I know other residents have called about the dryer. We are on the third floor & my daughters window didn’t lock & they finally sent maintenance out after 3 months & he just came and LITERALLY BENT the window with his KNEE bc the window was bowed . And that is how he “fixed “ it . If anything needs fixed in your apartment I guarantee that it won’t get fixed . When we moved in , every single one of our doors have holes that have been patched very badly in them and we were told they were going to be replaced as soon as possible and they still haven’t done so. It’s been over a year . Oh and let’s not forget how USELESS the office people are and how RUDE they are. I’d I were you , I would avoid this place at ALLL cost ."

"If you’re looking somewhere to rent definitely do not stay here. They will take a year plus to replace anything that’s broken or missing inside your apartment. Rent is extremely expensive and definitely not worth it. The staff are all very unpleasant, including the women who works in the office."

"Avoid this place if possible it is infested with roaches. Before we moved in we asked if they had any issues with pest , we were told they’d never even received a complaint , a week after moving in every door in our building got a letter stating we had to empty out or kitchen and bathroom for pest control to come because of a SEVERE COCKROACH INFESTATION! When I asked why we were lied to the excuse was “ well your apartment unit specifically never had a complaint “ but if the people across the hallway are infested that means the entire building is!!! I wish we could’ve moved out then but they threaten to make you pay over 3000$ if you break your lease. Rent is ridiculous for the apartment you’re getting , most if not all of the 2 bedroom apartment are over 900$ a month for an apartment that practically falls apart if you touch anything , has only one air conditioning unit in the living room that doesn’t circulate to the rest of the apartment , loud neighbors having parties , people who smoke inside their apartment and don’t care that the walls are so thin that it makes the entire building stink , dog poop all over the grounds , Not to mention the cops are here multiple times a week for either a disturbance or arresting someone . Also there’s an issue with mildew in and around the windows and also in the corners of the walls , I had to clean those areas with bleach twice if not three times a week just to keep it from building up , I spoke to maintenance about it and all they said was “open up some windows” in the middle of winter . The property management is a joke , before we moved out we had reported that we had seen another roach and that a neighbor had also seen a couple and that we were sick of things not being taken care of and that they were allowing filthy people to live in the apartments and that was what was attracting the bugs . Maria ( the property manager ) then decided to walk over to an apartment I had mentioned and tell them MY NAME AND APARTMENT NUMBER saying I had reported them!!! She put our family in danger by giving out our information to a stranger who could have gotten angry and attacked our family ! Thankfully we moved out a month after that. There is so much more I could say but I’m just glad I’m out of that place . You’d be better off in subsidized housing in the area then here."

"This is by far one of the best apartment locations around! The staff and management is extremely caring, friendly, and professional. The living environment is very peaceful. The apartments are built with great quality living space! I definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider Stoughton Estates."
