"Completely agree with the other one star reviews! Doctor, which I'm using the term loosely here, Dr Waters was very opinionated and didn't listen well. And come to find out that to get a referral for ADHD treatment all I have to do is call Harbin clinic. I found that out on my own because they never got back to me and when they did they told me the same thing. So why did I pay her money? I think she should lose her license! She needs to be investigated!"

"Kicked me out while calling me rude and told me to never come back because I pointed out that it felt like she was forcing her opinion on me."

"Dr.Watters is great but her assistant or whatever she is never got back to me when they billed the wrong insurance. I haven't heard from them in a month and being dropped like that with no notice is extremely stressful. You'd think people in mental health care would know better. I will not be going back."
