After some time I decided I would give it a shot just one more time. I knew within the first 5 minutes of meeting Heather that she was the therapist for me and she has helped me so much already. "I,personally enjoy her life lessons Dr, Heather tells, I ask her sometimes for them,for me, for myself,for example I struggle with overloads, I asked her, how she juggles a practice and a household, motherhood, pets errands,Ect..she showed me her personal planner and told me how she manages her days...you can learn alot from other people's lives.. you know what they say different strokes for different folks, if you don't like this Dr, find another one..maybe one that snooty and looks down her nose at u and wears $500 heels and think their better because we have mental issues. I think she's cool and have been seeing her for going on 2 yrs,I know she understands me and can relate to most my issues and tries to fix them and most importantly cares about me ...I think I will ask her to run away with me....lol. along with her office staff"

"If you could give no stars I would have chosen that option. My daughter has not been a patient there in nearly two years and today out of the blue a text comes in demanding we pay a bunch in no show fees. I explained that I have never not shown up, that I always called and left a voicemail because at that time the office staff never answered the phone. The person texting got mouthy and rude saying they record every phone call and I explain I also have access to phone records. They say they will write it off, but when I question the charges they immediately get rude for no reason and say now they won't write it off and will be sending it to collections. My daughter said the counselor talked about her own life more than actually counseling her and it made it hard to connect. The counselor often brought her children to the office and they would come in and out so she also felt uncomfortable talking worrying that the kids would come in again. Very unorganized and unprofessional place."
