"Disclaimer: I’m still new to this studio, but I had raved about it ever since I started. This review is solely about the instructor, Stephanie… who apparently has forgotten that we actually pay our money to be there. Pretty sure she is not the owner of that studio and even if she was, she’s not there as a favor to customers. Therefore, if there is a 5-minute grace period and I make it within that allotted time, I am not paying to walk into her attitude or an “announcement to the entire room” because I was 3-minutes late. So rude and unprofessional!!! I do understand that it is disruptive to others when people walk in late. However if the studio has extended a 5-minute grace period… instructors need to honor that, WITH GRACE (not attitude)! As of the date of this review, a construction crane had collapsed in Midtown, which made ATL rush hour traffic even more hectic. So I was already fighting hard to get there and just trying to keep my motivation to attend. But walking in at 7:33pm, to her “looking at her watch and reiterating the late policy” just as I was walking in, completely killed whatever motivation I had left from the day. I literally couldn’t even enjoy the class like I wanted to because of the rudeness I was met with. On top of that, her coaching doesn’t even consist of actually coaching… unless that means her just pacing back and forth. It was about 30-mins in before she even looked my way or tried to help. Again, I’m still very much a newbie and need the coaches to actually coach. Unfortunately, as one bad experience usually does, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe I will eventually return and can update my review about my OVERALL experience with Solidcore. If I do, I definitely will not be taking any of her classes. I hope Solidcore Midtown uses this as an opportunity to encourage their pretentious instructors to be more professional, approachable and remind them that it is the CUSTOMER that help pay their wage."

"I started it because my friend was telling me about how great she felt afterwards and there was a promo. I was hesitant in the start because it is pricey but it is SO worth it. All of the instructors are amazing. Margaret is the best in my opinion. She’s hilarious, plays great music, and really pushes you to your limit. I used to hate working out and would rarely go to the gym and now I’m obsessed and go to solidcore 5 times a week."

"I love these classes and this studio. Instructors are super friendly and do a great job making sure your doing everything correctly. The classes are challenging but the instructors help get you through with different options and modifications. You will definitely leave class feeling accomplished!"
