"I have been working with Elle for some time now and I wake up feeling amazing. My days used to normally be long and tiring before meeting her but now I am more revitalized than ever, I’ve lost over 30 lbs in under 90 days and she pushes you to work hard in a way that’s safe and consistent with one’s own body type. "I love training with Elle! I've been doing virtual training for the last 2 months. I started initially because of the pandemic, but I have canceled my gym membership and plan to continue virtual training for the long term. I was fairly fit before starting, but her workouts are hard and I have noticed changes in my strength and tone that I didn't expect after just 2 months. I've had more progress with her workouts in 2 months than I had from doing regular strength training on my own over the last year. As a person, Elle is kind and genuinely cares about your health. "I’ve been training with Elle for the past 6 months and it’s been a good experience. What I love about Elle is that she’s strong, but not aggressive. She’s not all up in your face yelling like some trainers. But don’t get it twisted, she means business! Her workouts are tough and she pushes you beyond what you think you can do. She helps me with my form and she’ll adjust certain exercises for me because of my knees. I like that the routines she gives her clients are the same routines that she does herself (modified of course). She’s responsive to questions and always gives tips and advice on what to eat and do outside of the sessions. Plus, she’s just a kind person and I have fun in my sessions. I’m the type of person who needs a trainer to workout and stay motivated, so I’ve worked with other personal trainers in the past. Not all of them are created equal. Elle is the real deal!
