"Stopped in here a few times this month while in town for business. Employees always had the place clean in relation to other LA fitness franchise gyms across the country. Weights were put away and machines were wiped down by what I considered a respectful membership. Same overall good quality of equipment you'd expect from the chain, although a few of the cardio machines were out of order."

"This gym is a nightmare and an unsafe space for females. The women’s locker room is frequently out of soap and they don’t refill despite repetitive asks, equipment stays broken for months on end, and the staff is both lazy and rude, constantly on their phones at the front desk. The AC breaks periodically with no address from staff. The water fountains never get cleaned and are smelly and full of mold and mildew. Homeless people are frequently in the locker rooms hanging out and using the facilities. The front desk people are hostile and confrontational if you try to address any issues with them, several months ago an employee punched a member. The final straw for me was as a female member feeling threatened and violated by a male member, which the staff took no concern with. I had a male member follow me through the gym, get in my face filming me, and flicking me off. When I addressed with the front desk members (both male) they did nothing to handle the situation. There are signs all over the gym stating that filming or photographing others will result in a termination of membership, which obviously they do not care about or enforce. It’s disappointing and frustrating to feel unsafe at a gym. After a few years of being at this location for convenience I am moving elsewhere."

"Still on limited hours. Gym is filthy. Staff is rude and often without reason hostile. And as I’m walking past now 30 mins after closing/yelling for everyone to get out the last 20 mins… I see that some of the people who work at the gym are enjoying working out and they have the gym all to themselves. Oh yeah, this was actually Ansley Mall, but since I have them a bad review over two years ago, La Fitness Ansley blocked me. Company’s business practices are just as filth as their old exercise equipment."

"It’s the perfect spot downtown but it’s kindve smaller & doesn’t have wipes to clean down machines after use. Locker rooms are spacious but lockers are kindve trash. Has a nice waiting area in front & smoothie bar"
