Dr. Owen Biller

"I did two different appointments, both between 2 & 4 hours long for testing. Currently awaiting results and was told I would be placed on a cancellation list. Was told earlier this morning that they had a cancellation and my appointment would be at noon. Noon rolls around, no appointment. I called the office about 12:30 and made sure that they had said noon today. She said yes he’s running a little bit late. OK fine. 1:55 I still had not been called.. so I called and she said he had a meeting and he tried to call my phone, but there was no answer. I had no missed calls and nobody even tried to leave a voicemail. So now I have to wait until the 29th which was my original appointment after I wasted two hours of my day waiting for them to call me for these much anticipated test results. I just felt like the situation was a little unprofessional. I am now keeping my original appointment day and time and I am placed on a cancellation list once again. I’m not happy. So far my experience there has been wonderful. This has really been the only displeasing situation I’ve had there. The doctor is great - very friendly. I just wish they had handled the situation better today. I have been anticipating this test & the results for a long time, as someone who’s mental health was not a priority for my caregivers when I was a kid."
