"Extremely unprofessional. She was booked 2 weeks out and told me to call day before if I need to cancel. I called day of several times to confirm location listed by my insurance BCBS. no response. I went there and the building is closed. Under construction. I called several more times no answer. She texted me back saying she gave my spot away because I didn’t confirm day off. She was texting me while with the patient she gave my slot to. Time stamped texts. Don’t waste your time with her. Get a professional."

"I should have listened to the advice of the previous reviewer. If you only need to be listened to she could be great, but if you need actual feedback and advice she does not help. She also seemed to undermine things I had been already doing to cope. Told her about breathing exercises I found online that had been helping with my anxiety. She responded the specifics didn't really matter, just the breathing. Well, now everytime I try to do the counting she comes to my mind. She was difficult when I asked for receipts of our sessions, seeming not to understand what an itemized receipt is and my insurance has yet to receive her claims even though she said she filed it months ago."

"I'm sure experiences for others will be much different than mine. I feel age and culture played a huge factor in my dissatisfaction with her. I was left a unprofessional vmail by Mrs. Kent that said I was trending backwards and that I didn't have a problem anymore because I got called into work (I work on call) and had to reschedule my appointment. If only she had listened our first session she would've known that the slow pace of my job at that time contributed to my issues, so why wouldn't I go to work to feed my family? I called back at least 4 times and was ignored. I attribute much of it to our age gap and obviously our cultures. She went so far as to call my employer to cancel my fmla over an attempt to reschedule! I believe she thought I got paid for using it at my job, which I don't and tried to hurt me. But I actually lose money if I use it. Not to mention, she was the very first person I've ever sat down and spoken with. I was fearful and this didn't help at all, but I ain't give up. I'm positive that she's amazing for people who look like her, this was just MY experience tho!"
