"Renee has been incredible over the past year and a half! I would recommend her to everyone, I get to speak highly of her when I get to talk about the things I've walked through, because she continues to be a part of healing by giving practical steps to move forward, grow, and communicate. She books far out because she's so great at helping so many! But you can easily book several at once then wait for that initial session! The front staff is great, and straightforward about billing which is so nice."

"I’ve been seeing Renee Savage at Transformation center for about a year now for family related issues, anxiety and depression. Renee has been super helpful in helping me navigate life stressors. She knows that I care deeply about my faith and at times refers me to scriptures that support my situation as well as other helpful strategies I can use for my anxiety. I’m always excited to go to counseling and see her. She is very welcoming, down to earth and extremely sweet. She has never been unprofessional in any way. Highly highly recommend Renee!"

"One of the most questionable therapeutic practices I've experienced. Renee has treated my daughter for approximately 14 months, ignoring the legal parenting agreement. Renee ignores emails, even with a court order (and despite also attaching the director). To this point, my emails have not been returned for approximately 7-8 months related to the care of my children. All attempts to gain information regarding a therapeutic treatment plan, appointments, or billing statements have been ignored. On the rare communications I did have with Renee, she was aloof at best, and attempted to gaslight and unfairly criticize at worst. Renee was named professionally by my children's father in his frivolous motion to set aside (after he didn't get the answer he wanted from the judge). According to court documents, Renee supposedly supported his false accusations, and she has allowed (encouraged?) him to alienate my daughter from me. Renee never contacted me in any way to determine why my daughter might "suddenly remember" these memories after my children’s father filed this motion. Renee did not seem to consider the legal situation or that my daughter is a child who was found to have attention seeking behaviors and significant issues related to her adoption, or whether there was even any validity in these claims (there are not)--especially as my children's father received many psychological diagnoses--including narcissistic personality disorder by the psychologist who conducted the parental fitness evaluation for the courts. The motion against me was immediately denied by the judge as the judge expressed extreme concern at the continued litigation against me (and seemed to suggest the legal system was used as a means of "getting back" at me). After treatment by Renee, my once loving relationship with my daughter is nonexistent. I have not seen my daughter for over a year, and I have not talked to her in over four months. Renee and Transformations continues to incorrectly bill my insurance and even charged my insurance for a personal session with my children's father (my daughter was not in the session). The way the mother-child relationship has been disregarded by this practice is mind-boggling and in no way aligns with their supposed Christian values."

"We started with this center 7 years ago. First with marriage counseling. Then my son had anger issues. We saw various interns for a couple years for him. Then, we rotated into Savannah Chavez care. She was wonderful for our son. Then we started bringing the other two kids. We did single sessions, family sessions, etc. She learned each kid's personality and counseled them at their individual level. Did one talk more while coloring, then she got in the floor and colored with them. One of my kids is super active...lets throw a ball back and forth. Sibling drama-lets play a game together. She would check in with them. She did not push them. She would ask them general questions. She made the sessions feel very organic. Just playing and talking. She helped them find conflict resolutions and set goals for the week. My 4 year old knew how to take deep breaths when she was upset, because she had watched her brothers. After a couple years, I also started to see Savannah for my own personal sessions. Once again it was organic. She already knew some of the struggles I faced with parenting. So, we could move into my personal emotions, and past traumas. I also have ADD, so sometimes I needed to just draw or play with her Kinetic sand to even say the stuff I needed to! LOL Even though we have provider/patient boundaries...she still feels a part of the family!! Thank you Savannah for taking us on!!!!"
