"Nothing ever gets fixed, they make you feel like you are a bad person when you ask for things to be fixed, they don't want the kids outside playing, they make their grandchildren do all the work because they can't physically do it. There are mice and when yo complain they tell you there is nothing we can do and not to put traps or poison out. Bats/squirrels live in the crawl space above the apartments."

"Well organized, maintenance does a superb job at up keep. I seen some young boys helping hang the unit number signs. Thanks for helping our youth earn and learn!"
