"Very quiet and rural area"

"This place is terrible. My sister lived here for a couple years and I was with her the day she went and looked at her unit with the manager. The apartment she got was a dump. It had had literally no updates done to it and everything was original with the acception of the refrigerator which the manager made a point to mention was a perk because many people didn't have newer ones which I thought was a little uncalled for . The retro hanging light in the dinning room had rust all over it and the kitchen cabinets were sinking down in the center above the kitchen sink. Went upstairs and this awful odor of mildew hit me in the face half way up the stairs. I kept my mouth shut but she seemed to like it for whatever reason so I tried to be happy for her while having my doubts her experience would be pleasant. Later come to find out the mildew odor was coming from a roof leak in the ceiling in her front bedroom closet which they never fully addressed while she was living there. Will not get into all the terrible things she experienced there but all I can say is stay away from these apartments. There are much better places to live!"
