"The area around the place is always clean and up kept. Neighbors are quiet and there isn't trouble going in and out of there. The apartments are nicely set up."
"Nice apartment. Probably one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. When I moved in the place was very clean. The complex is quiet. The maintenance person is very good and any repairs are done in a timely manner. The downside of living here is the influx of gas and oil workers temporarily living there. They are not respectful of the property throwing cigarette butts on the ground, trash and it appears they trash the apartments. I can't take my dog near the picnic shelter because they have broken beer bottles and have left trash laying around the area. I don't like walking around the complex and seeing big spit marks on the sidewalks. It would be a perfect place to live if the gas and oil people would be more respectful of the property and the long term tenants. They simply don't care they don't pay to live there and it is temporary."
