"Such a great place to visit. Lots of neat fish to see and some fun interactive displays especially for teenagers. The outside fishing pond is always a hit too, they provide poles and bait!"
"Great place to take your children to learn. My children went a few times and loved it. DNR is a great group of people!"
"Visited on Oct 14th. Kids had a fun time with the fishing simulator. My daughter preferred the outdoor aquariums while my son had more fun at the casting pond."
"I'm falling more in love with Middle GA with every little piece I find. This is definitely a gem for the kids or if you want practice angling for yourself and the kids. They provide bait and reels or bring your own. My daughter brought hers. It is also a museum with interesting tidbits about fisheries and wildlife. It's well maintained, clean and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy."
"This place has really good potential. The outdoor sections including the aquariums with the various species of fish and turtles and alligators, etc. was fantastic. The fishing pond experience was really nice, especially for small children. The indoor portion is good, but definitely needs some maintenance since about half of the interactive features were broken or malfunctioning. And honestly, the interactive game where you shoot and kill a bear and watch him die is probably a little over the top for small children. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for hunting. Just not black bears in Georgia."
