I felt very welcomed by the staff and attendees . Tanya and Brande assisted me when needed and most importantly made sure I understood the purpose/technique in my pilates moves. Will be incorporating this into my wellness/fitness routine!"

"Loved, loved, loved this safe space that was created for women (and men) of color to receive both stretch therapy and Pilates classes that were tailored to our culture and comfort. The music was familiar, the faces were warm and welcoming, and to see women and men of all ages and sizes present made it even better. I love that they offer beginner, plus size Pilates and even prenatal Pilates so there’s literally something for everyone!
