"Have no idea where Wellstar found this one. My husband went to the emergency room with complications from the shingles virus. Kennestone Hospital did not write his prescription correctly when he was released from the ER. Once he was no longer under their care, they could not correct the prescription but advised that his Primary Care Physician (PCP) could. My husband's PCP retired recently (Dr. Clabby) and Dr. Black had taken over his patients. He made an appointment with her. She said that she understood the dosage that my husband needed and would send the prescription to Walgreens. It was sent to CVS instead and it was the incorrect dosage. My husband worked for days to get it straightened out but it was sent incorrectly again to the pharmacy and he was now out of pills. He returned to Dr. Black's office to find it locked with a note on the door providing the address of her new location. He went to that address and was told that no one from Dr. Black's office would be there until next week and that she was operating out of the original location... the one that my husband had just come from that was locked up tight with the lights off. Really? Does anyone know what they are doing??? I called the Wellstar corporate office to complain and get the medication that my suffering husband needed. These are not regulated pain medications that people try to sell on the street. These are for shingles for God's sake. I suppose that it can go unsaid that we will be choosing a new PCP tomorrow and I hope this review helps anyone attempting to find a competent PCP. It may be that Dr. Black's office staff made the mistakes, but whose fault it was did not matter to my husband who went to the pharmacy four times before finally getting what he needed on the FIFTH try!"
