"Absolutely horrible! I booked a session and paid the fee online. Yes it was Memorial Day but because time slots were open, it accepted the time and money, I made a reasonable assumption everything was good. Wrong! Not only did he not show up, he ignored my multiple attempts to reach him. Finally a week later (after making another outreach attempt via text) I get my money back. No apology, no nothing. Never again and I definitely wouldn't urge anyone to use this business."
