"Called D-Bat to restart membership. Baseball ended Sep 2023. Friday Requested to reserve "Pitching Machine" Sunday. I was told New Rules can't "Reserve" Pitching Machine. I requested Cage #7 to work on Pitching with 2 players. I walked to Front Desk to request using "Pitching Machine". Cage #1 and Cage #3 available just rotate and Swipe 3 Times. I walk to Cage #3. Person using Cage states we Reserved Cage from 1pm to 1:30pm. Walk to Cage #1 notice "African American" Male Batting. He asked me to adjust height of Baseball ⚾. I told my 2 Players to get a Helmet to Rotate and Bat. Few seconds later another person walks over and says I have this Cage Reserved for 1 Hour. We both walked to Front Desk to complain. We're both Pissed because they changed the Rules. Normally you Reserve for 30 minutes or 1 Hour. Person at Front kept changing the Rules. You have 2 Black Guys confused. Yet 2 White Guys Reserved the Cages which meant we can't do anything for 1 Hour. I told them to Cancel my Membership. My Players ask what happened. Told them don't worry I'll go to another Batting Cage. I really wanted to tell them the Truth."
