Very glad that I choose Dynamic Self Defense and am looking to gain some flexibility and get in better shape while learning personal self defense. If you are looking to sign up, you can't go wrong. Robert and Stacey Lowrey are first class and are willing to help out in any way to help you learn the martial arts. They do not tie you down with a contract and the fees are $80.00 per month with the exception for the first month being $170.00 for the fees and the outfit and equipment. I highly recommend this studio."
