"The staff was great, loved the punching bag but you can only access it when the staff is there. My only complaint would be the equipment seems to be from 1980 and the building had an old smell matching the 80's equipment."

"Never stopped into this place in all my years. I paid a guest fee & got a good training session in. I have to agree with a previous review, the place has a more “old School” feel to it. Keeping it simple with circuit equipment, free weights & cardio area. Big fans blowing & the environment temp on the warmer side. I’ll be back."
