"The front desk worker was so rude! She was completely unapologetic for their system not informing me that I had to show up early for a 6 am class and was just going to send me away after driving 30 minutes to be there. The only bright light was teacher. She was wonderful and let me stay for the other two sections of the class and was actually apologetic. Once again while I was waiting the rude front desk worker informed me I was waiting in the we wrong place and stood over me while I moved my things as if I was a criminal. So completely unprofessional. Even when talking to the manager, instead of trying to make things right she just tried to blame me not being texted about showing up early on the fact that I signed up at 10 the night before. The other frustrating thing is that my friend who did know to show up early said that the whole "information set up" part that she showed up early for took about 2 minutes and she waited 15 minutes before the front desk worker even said anything to her. They need to fix their system so that you are immediately informed on their site or threw text that you need to show up early on your first time and get some serious customer service training."
