"Dr. Easterling and her staff are WONDERFUL. They really listen and try to get to the bottom of a problem. They are not afraid to test and refer. They have bucked the insurance system in the past to protect my health, so I know they advocate for their patients, which is very special. I followed Dr. Easterling from the Monroe Street location; she has been my doctor for over a decade. I consider myself blessed to have her as my doctor and have no qualms putting my health and related investigations in her hands. I trust her, and that is invaluable. Wish I could give her and her staff a hundred stars!"

"The office staff is not helpful at all. After more than 2 months wait to see Dr. Easterling, they not only changed my Dr. without my knowledge which they let me know just two days before the appointment. Worse than they wanted to reschedule my appointment just because I hadn't brought the paperwork that they had mailed me 3 months ago, and I had lost them. This is while I was there 40 minutes before my appointment and other places usually let to fill them out while waiting for Dr. Taking off work another day is not easy for anybody. I wish they consider that their patients are human and therefore they are more important than protocols and be a little bit more helpful and thoughtful for them."
