"Run from this practice. I called as a new patient to set up an appointment with Dr. Clements. His staff informed me that i had to either physically bring in or fax my prior medical records before Dr. Clements would see me. Wow! what happened to email, web portal, or the good ole postal service. Since fax machines went by the wayside 15 years ago and I live 2 1/2 hours away, there was not a concern in the world for me as a patient. It was cut and dried. I guarantee you if this doctor and staff treat you this way for your records, their treatment for you as a patient is more than likely the same. Find someone else who cares. After all it is our money and our bodies."

"Dr. Clements is the first physician to actually listen to my complicated medical history. Every other physician wants to already make an assessment because they always look for what they know and they don’t see what they don’t know. I literally was in tears after my appointment, because that is the first time I have ever had a physician’s attention, consideration, understanding and empathy. The acknowledgment alone could’ve healed me mentally. He is incredible and the staff was wonderful!! Each & Every Time I see Dr Clements and Becky, I know I am in the best GYN hands possible. "Dr. Clements is highly knowledgeable, patient, understanding and most of all caring. He takes his time and dedicates himself to your needs. I didn’t feel rushed or just like another patient for the day. My needs were a very high concern to me and he made my concerns his highest priority to rectify for me. I’m so happy that I made the choice to go see him. Last but certainly not least, is his staff! They are friendly with smiles and welcoming attitudes. "What can I say about Dr.Arthur Clements? Well, words cannot express about this doctor. 1988, I got a call from my OBGYN, at the time from Dr. Balthazar to inform me that He was retiring, and he was referring me to one of two doctors. The first name was Dr. Clements, he stated that he’s the best. I did not hesitate to wait on the second choice, that’s why I feel that he is second to none. He’s been my Doctor over 30 years, and I dread him retiring and I know that day will come. My husband said that he is the most efficient doctor he have ever seen, quick and precise. It’s just not the Doctor come in do what he have to do and go, we engage in conversation, and we straight up without a chaser. I know that the day will come, but I hope not for at least 5 years. If he was taking new patients I would refer all my female friends and daughters to him."
