I love how caring and supportive she was, despite me not having very good hospital care after my procedure. She is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and great with people. "I had a great experience here! Every staff member was so kind to me and the office layout and design really put me at ease. The woman assisting the nurse practitioner was so cool and comforting and really helped me feel good and not nervous. She even walked me through what was going to happen when the NP got there. The NP was so nice and kind and warm and made me feel so at ease. She explained what she was going to do and assured me she wouldn’t do anything without telling me first. Both her and her assistant were very comforting and encouraging when I got nervous. She was very gentle with me. I was very nervous about this appointment but the staff made me feel so calm and supported that it was a piece of cake. I fully recommend coming here for your care needs :)"
